DRINK THIS NOW: THE SIDECHICK COCKTAIL

February 14th is less than a week away, and we can already feel the love in the air. If you’ve been looking for ways to celebrate the holiday of love, look no further than the Sidechick cocktail. Made with Candela Mamajuana, a dynamic blend of Dominican rum, along with orange liqueur, lemon juice and ginger ale, this smooth and sweet riff on the Sidecar has rich rosewood and honey aromas.

Not only does it taste delicious, it’s guaranteed to bring the romance – Mamajuana is often lauded as a natural aphrodisiac. So this Valentine’s Day, mix up a Sidechick and sip the flavor of love.

SIDECHICK RECIPE AND PREPARATION:

  • 2 oz. Candela Mamajuana
  • 1 oz. Cointreau (or other orange liqueur)
  • 1 oz. Lemon juice, fresh squeezed
  • 1 oz. Ginger Ale
  • Garnish: Orange twist

Add Candela, Cointreau, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a glass with fresh ice. Top with ginger ale. Enjoy!
